I believe the Chakras should be taught at a young age. Our thoughts and emotions influence our energy, and therefore our reality. I would often hear I was ‘ungrounded’ and yet I was never taught how to ground 🤷🏼♀️ Having an imbalance in my lower Chakras meant a lack of boundaries, an underlying feeling of being ‘unsafe’ - which lead to anxiety and depression and a tendency to flee or quit when things got challenging. When I became aware of the imbalance, and I could identify where that energy was in my body, I learnt how to work on that so things could change. There are many things we can not control in our live’s, but there is also a lot we can shift with a renewed sense of awareness and intention. . ❤️I am grounded and rooted in my truth. ❤️My values are aligned with the highest good. ❤️ I bow to the divine within me & the divine within you Sat Nam

Calm Clear Relaxed & Balanced emotions How? This breath work is simple and effective. Block the right nostril with your thumb and keep the other fingers pointing up. Breath long, deep breaths through the left nostril. This can be done anywhere! at your desk, before sleep, in the car, wherever and whenever you need it! Try it for 3mins you will feel a sense of ease and flow 🌊 Breathing through the left nostril activates the lunar energy of the moon 🌙 It is cleansing, calming, reducing anxiety, stress and fear. It opens up the intuition and activates the brain. Too blessed to be stressed 🙏🏽✨🌙

Yogi Bhajan’s Birthday 🎁 I am so grateful to receive his legacy in the teachings of Kundalini. It has truly changed my life. 🔮 And so, it is tradition that we celebrate, acknowledge and honour by chanting the first mantra he taught in the west ‘Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru’ continuously for 2.5 hours before sunrise on the morning of his birth date. It can be a challenge! and even though I have done this practice many times it is always profound in different ways.. yesterday not being an exception. The whole day felt surreal, flowing so effortless and I had numerous moments of joy, insights and inspiration, waves of gratitude and synchronicities that you couldn’t make up! Today I keep hearing the call to share a morning practice- not a 2.5 hour one! perhaps 20mins? To connect and know others are doing the same meditation at the same or similar time, to feel connected to source energy but also to our community. Do you have a daily morning practice? The deeper we work on ourselves the deeper we can go with others✨ I am always learning.. yesterday I was with teacher @harijiwan His gong teachings were the perfect blend of esoteric and scientific understanding.. and it brought me into floods of tears with what I released through the experience. The profound healing effect the gong can have on us is something very special.. it is not to be understood, you have to experience it to feel it, to receive it, for yourself 🙏🏽🌊✨ More gong bath dates will be added soon.
Full moon circle.. we cleansed our crystals ready to charge under the full moon.. after this crazy eclipse season it feels good to have a physical symbol for our intentions. We opened the space with movement, meditation and sharing.. What come up- a collective conversation of ‘levelling up’ recognising that the more we heal, grow, learn and share, the more empowered we feel to step into our truth and walk our dharmic path. We all can agree it is not always easy, we see the same lessons come back again- those ones we thought we healed 🙈 and yet in these moments of sacred circle it is revealed that the path IS clearing, we are stronger, we are awake! We are enough! And we can trust the deep wisdom of our hearts and each other. There is a way through every block 🙏🏽✨🐍 Mantra for deep transformational healing- Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung- on repeat!

We gather this evening for a full moon circle, it is the time to let go of what is no longer serving us.. we know this right?! But can we simply just let it go?? We will start the class with a ritual for cleansing and purification, Sometimes the things that are weighing us down CAN be cleared instantly, some are not even ours- we just ‘collected’ it somehow.. the same way we take a shower to clean the body, we clean the aura, our energy field and our minds.
